  • Do I need to be a BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holder to participate in the presale?

    Yes, this presale is exclusively for BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders. If you are a non-member, please visit Weverse and join the BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP.

  • What do I do after signing up on Weverse?

    After signing up on Weverse, please follow the steps below.

    1. Join RIIZE Weverse
    2. Buy and join BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP on Weverse
    3. Apply for BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Weverse

  • I have already joined BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP. Do I still have to apply for the BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?

    Yes. You must apply through Weverse to participate in the BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE

    Check the RIIZE community notice on Weverse here, read the tour announcement, and apply for the BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE here for US dates, and here for Mexico City.

    If you have an iCloud email address, we suggest that the “Hide my Email” function is turned off to ensure proper delivery. Click here for more info. If fans have signed up to Weverse via their Apple ID and have a setting to “Hide My Email”, their email does not pass through to us so that we can properly deliver presale information.

  • How do I receive my presale code?

    On the morning of Wednesday, August 6, AEG will send a presale reminder with your 11-digit BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP number to your email address that is registered as your Weverse ID.

    You will have to input your 11-digit BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP number before purchasing presale tickets. You must accurately enter your BRIIZE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP number, and this number is case sensitive.

  • When is the BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?

    Presale will start at Wednesday, August 6 at 4PM Local Time and will end on Thursday, August 7 at 10PM Local Time.

  • How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my presale code?

    The presale code will allow you to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets and can only be used once per show.

  • Once I apply for presale and receive the presale code, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?

    Applying for the presale DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • How to buy presale tickets: 6 STEPS

    3. Choose your desired city

  • What does “LOCAL TIME” mean?

    Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.

  • Where do I purchase the tickets?

    Tickets will be sold from the websites designated by the venues. Click the “BUY TICKETS” button on this website to directly get transferred to the ticket site.

  • Is there an age requirement to attend?

    This show is for all ages.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    All sales are final. No refund, no exchange available.

  • Will there be a GENERAL ONSALE after BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE ends?

    Yes, there will be a GENERAL ONSALE following BRIIZE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Friday, August 8 at 4pm Local Time. Tickets will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
